The Peak Short Focus Scope is a lightweight pocket size telescope (Monocular) with a built in roof prism allowing you to obtain an upright image. With this tool you can observe objects both at a point-blank range of 300mm (12") or at a distance.
Conventional telescopes are designed to look at objects that are far away. Using this telescope (with its wide field) you can observe an object at a short distance as well as at a great distance obtaining an upright image in both scenarios.
Attaching the clear base/close-up lens to the main body objective of this loupe turns this unit into a 25x microscope giving bright and sharp image. (Included with purchase).
When using as a microscope this loupe can be used to make inside and outside inspections and/or confirm processed conditions of objects which are normally difficult to see. It can also be used for reading extremely small print.
