This easy-to-handle static eliminator monitor is used for measuring the static elimination performance and ion balance of an ionizer (static eliminator).
Dirt on or around the discharging electrode needle of an ionizer or abrasion of the needle results in degraded static elimination performance or loss of ion balance. The same problems affect fan-type ionizers when the filter is dirty. This static eliminator monitor enables management of an ionizer by measuring its static elimination performance and ion balance.
Features
-
Has a built-in high-voltage AC power supply device for charging. This allows charging of the charge plate on site for easy checking of the ionizer’s performance.
-
Permits switching between polarities, allowing checking of the attenuation of both positive and negative electrostatic charges.
-
The compact dimensions allow this monitor to be used in narrow spaces of production sites.
